Welcome to the home page of the Southern California Soccer
Officials Association of San Diego - for the past 15 years, with
the exception of the 08/09 season, we have been the exclusive
provider of high school soccer referees for games in the San Diego
Section of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF-SDS)
serving San Diego and Imperial Counties.
SCSOASD is a not for profit association governed by an all-volunteer
board.
We are always in need of qualified referees and encourage
any of you who have friends that are not
already officiating high school soccer to contact us.
Our season runs from late November to early March. Significant
dates are listed on the Calendar or
discussed on the More Info page.
SCSOASD uses an on-line service for assignments and communicates
primarily through email. You can find more details on the assignment
process under the Ref Scheduling button on the left.
Be sure and read the Concussions policy handout on
the More Info page. See the fees page for a link to Middle School/Jr.
High rules.
Click here to see the 2010/2011
Rule Differences which are very similar to the 2011/2012 differences.
Go to the Forms link for information on
disqualifications (red cards/send-offs). Go to the More
Info link for the proper goal setup, rain procedures and other
general information on SCSOASD.
